BCBB Cancellation Policy

Greetings! Our top priority is to ensure that you have an unforgettable experience. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below. Don't worry, we won't you bore with legal jargon...unless that's your thing.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to speak up! We're all ears and we promise not to judge.

While we appreciate your VIP status, let's not forget about the other fabulous people waiting for their turn in the spotlight. Rest assured, we'll go and beyond to make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face, hair that's the envy of all, and skin that's simply radiant.

Cancellation Policy

1.)

You can cancel your appointment by giving at least24-hour notice prior to the scheduled start.

2.)

Failure to cancel your appointment with least 24-hours notice or not up for your appointment may result in a fee of up to $50 when scheduling your next appointment. Please make sure to contact the business in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

3.)

If you arrive late for your appointment and exceed 15-minute grace period, it may affect completion of the service and we may need to reschedule appointment.

4.)

To ensure that your appointment slot is not given to another client on the waitlist, please respond to the appointment confirmation messages sent via SMS and email 48 hours prior to your appointment. messages are sent to the contact information provided at the time of booking.

5.)

For a complete experience, it is recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allow you sufficient time to complete any necessary forms.
