Cancellation Policy
Hey there! We don't need your Credit Card info to book appointment, but we do need a little bit of love and consideration for our stylists/esthetician's time and schedule. So, if you need to cancel, please give us a heads up 24 hours in advance. We're all about accommodating our clients, but if you're running late, we might have to reschedule or adjust your services. Just don't keep us waiting for too long, or we might start to think you're ghosting us!🥰
